I live in a different state from the dealership, and when my initial contact there didn't work out due to the salesperson's unexpected illness I almost lost out on this great deal. Mark jumped in at the last minute to save my deal and waited for me to get to Vermont to do paper work and pick up the car. Everyone else at the dealership as just as nice and helpful. I highly recommend dealing there. More

He is also very knowledgeable about the cars, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy. Derek went the extra mile to help me figure out the buying option that made the most sense financially, and he spent a ton of time explaining the various features of the 4Runner before we drove it off the lot. Just overall a super nice guy and if you have the chance to work with him to buy or lease a car - I would take it! (My husband is next in line to lease a car from him!) More

Seamless Toyota Experience I arrived to the dealer with some idea of what I wanted from the other dealer I had visited before. I knew that Heritage would have the selection and I arrived to the dealer with some idea of what I wanted from the other dealer I had visited before. I knew that Heritage would have the selection and experienced personnel to help me make a decision on a great investment. I ended up taking a couple trucks out for a spin with Jason Dillon to make sure I had the right fit and from there we narrowed down what my options were. After that we discussed the financial side of things and with the help of Ryan Denecker we were able to agree on an appropriate plan of action for moving forward with a new Tacoma. Finishing the paperwork was a breeze with Josh Cousino and from there all I needed was to swap the tools and toolbox from my trade-in to the new truck. Jason helped me get settled in the new rig and took the time to run through all of the options that the truck has to offer which saved me a lot of trial and error and looking up how to use certain functions in the manual. I am pleased that this team works so well together and are able to assist people in the vehicle purchasing process to the extent that they did with me. More

In sales I dealt with Harrison Bush who was completely straight forward and accommodating to my schedule. We mainly worked the deal via email. And one fast test drive. I then worked with Josh in finance who was the least pushy finance manager I’ve ever dealt with (I’ve bought and sold many many cars over the last 20 years). He was incredibly friendly. No desperate upselling. No fear based warranty’s pitched. Just a quick and friendly explanation of the sale and a couple documents to sign. Very nice guy. I was in and out in just over 1 hour. Very professional crew. No matter where you shop for a car today or who you deal with in sales, they all are forced to play the sales game a little bit. Some dealerships enforce it more than others. It’s not the salesmen fault. Comes from the top down. But I can say that the scripted lines and usual sales tactics they are told to use with customers were at a bare minimum in my dealings this week. These tactics have been proven to work. So I don’t blame dealerships for using them. After all, they need to make money. But it was nice to not be bombarded and pressured with them like I have in so many other dealerships where I have happily walked away. Great experience! More
