As everyone knows buying a car is a very stressful process in many ways, and finding the right thing for you is sometimes hard. I had just gotten past a really rough car buying experience with my last process in many ways, and finding the right thing for you is sometimes hard. I had just gotten past a really rough car buying experience with my last vehicle and dealership and was in desperate need to get into a new vehicle as quickly as I could, I travel a long distance for work. I was really nervous on who I could trust. Friends and family sent me to Heritage Toyota as they all had great experiences there. I was still very reserved about it, but I went and I am so glad I did! There Josh Cusino ( The Sales Manager who was also wonderful) introduced us to Derek Blood, he understood my reservations and listened to all of my concerns and worries. He helped figure out what I was looking for and answered all my questions no matter what time a day I texted him. He was so understanding working with my schedule and let me set all the appointments. He never forced me in anything I did not want, he wasnt concerened about the sale, he was concerened about what fit me and what I wanted and needed. My Grandmother and mother were also a part of this process and Derek took just as much care with them as he did with me and to me that says so much. I highly recommend this dealership and if you have the chance work with Derek Blood, you wont be sorry, im not. Heritage Toyota now has a customer for life!! I'd give 10 stars! More

Since we were pressed for time,I let him know ahead of our visit what my wife was looking for as well as what she was not interested in and he focused on her needs in a very professional and respectful way. Another bonus is the service that comes with the SUV and the recommendations we've had from others. More

#chuckyfromstowe I've known Chuck Heingartner for a while now and most recently purchased my second tundra from him. What else can I saw, he just makes it so easy! I I've known Chuck Heingartner for a while now and most recently purchased my second tundra from him. What else can I saw, he just makes it so easy! I was debating on whether or not to keep my current tundra or get a new one so I went to see Chuck. I was also introduced to Josh a colleague of Chuck's during this deal. Chuck and Josh managed to bring so much value to the deal for me, there wasn't much of a decision to make after that. And, the best part about working with Chuck - once you buy the a vehicle from him, the service is just beginning! If you've worked with Chuck, you know what I'm talking about and if you haven't, go find out! Also glad to have another Toyota guy in my corner in Josh! Thanks again Chuck, Josh and Team Toyota! Great experience buying a car - we got the car we wanted! We met Casey a year ago when we were considering a mini-van. He was friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information. We decided to hold off an We met Casey a year ago when we were considering a mini-van. He was friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information. We decided to hold off and he was respectful of that. We came back a year later now wanting an SUV. He asked a lot of good questions and helped us identify the vehicle we wanted. We considered a new car - but he found us great value in a lightly used Highlander. He entertained us and our kids while we waited and waded through the process. We bought the car in 1 afternoon/evening. We are very happy so far and are on the schedule to get a great deal on snow tires. Josh helped us with financing and he was really nice and easy to work with. More

We discovered we shared some common background He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We told him what we thought we were looking for and he quickly helped us narrow are search and brought out a vehicle to test drive. He told us about an incentive that I was not aware of and help us craft it to be very advantageous. He was wonderful about answering questions and was happy to stay late so we could drive the car home that evening. The car purchase processes I had been through in the past had turned into all day events. Not so this time thanks to Chucky and Josh Cousino in finance- we were out with a wonderful new RAV 4 Hybrid that we are extremely pleased in just a few hours More

Pleasing experience at Heritage Toyota I used to find purchasing vehicles very frustrating. Lots of going back and forth with negotiations, etc. I can honestly tell you this is my 2nd s I used to find purchasing vehicles very frustrating. Lots of going back and forth with negotiations, etc. I can honestly tell you this is my 2nd straight purchase from Heritage Toyota and I have had excellent experiences both times. My recent sales rep. was Elizabeth Bockus (Liz). From the first time we met in the parking lot through to the end of the purchase, she was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She made our experience (my wife and I) very easy and pleasing. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone out there who wants the same experience. Josh Cousino in Finance was equally impressive. Best in Burlington When looking to trade in my previous vehicle, I visited almost every dealership in Burlington. Toyota by far was the top of the list. Everyone I spoke When looking to trade in my previous vehicle, I visited almost every dealership in Burlington. Toyota by far was the top of the list. Everyone I spoke with here was kind and helpful, the cars they showed me were exactly what I was looking for, all of my questions were answered. Josh in financing was amazing and made going through the paperwork understandable and fun. Ryan in sales was the best salesman I met in my search for a car, hands down - and when I settled on my RAV4 the Sales manager even came out to speak with me. Over all a great experience, I don’t think I’ll be moving away from Toyota for as long as I’m a car owner and driver. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Heritage Toyota! More
