Very Satisfied I can't say thank you enough from the beginning while looking for a vehicle, to the purchase of the vehicle and for the experience of the service depa I can't say thank you enough from the beginning while looking for a vehicle, to the purchase of the vehicle and for the experience of the service department having an oil change done and not having too wait for hours to have the service completed as I've had in the past with a previous dealership which I will not name any name; having appointment means you should be able to get in, in a timely manner and get out in a timely manner not have to sit. Russ Darrow Nissan did just what they say they will do and not have to sit and wait for long. Thank you so much for the great service I will be recommending the dealership to more people More

Declining interest from service department I purchased a Toyota used from this dealership - our second used vehicle from them. We've been very satisfied up to now. I'm starting to have proble I purchased a Toyota used from this dealership - our second used vehicle from them. We've been very satisfied up to now. I'm starting to have problems with them not wanting to look into little problems though. I've been told twice now that I should take it to a Toyota dealer instead because they don't have the "expertise" to evaluate things. Then why should I go to their service department at all? More

Every time I Go Here My Key Pad Is Messed Up I took my car in about 4 days ago for an oil change and tire rotation I was told I needed back brakes they were at 3mm thin and the front was fine the I took my car in about 4 days ago for an oil change and tire rotation I was told I needed back brakes they were at 3mm thin and the front was fine they were at 5mm I scheduled my brake job to be done today as I’m leaving the lot my dash reads low key battery so I use my other key I go in today for my brakes to be done they tell me my front brakes are at 6mm and my back brakes are new ok I proceed to my car and now my new key says low battery first they lied about how thin my brakes were just to get money then they changed me $20 more bucks for a battery I’m over russdarrow! More

terrible I went for an oil change, with a Russ Darow coupon, that I received in the mail, and the tech stated I'll check if the coupon can be used. ...as our s I went for an oil change, with a Russ Darow coupon, that I received in the mail, and the tech stated I'll check if the coupon can be used. ...as our standard oil change is $29.95. The coupon clearly stated Russ Darrow Nissan and it was NOT expired. The oil change felt rushed as non of my fliuds....windshield wiper and brakes, were topped off. Plus, the free 27-point inspection was completed by a novice and the service tech didn't have an answer as how much it would cost to fix the items identified....NOT even a ballpark. Next time I will take car somewhere else to get services PROFESSIONALLY done. More
