Nice Dealership Russ Darrow is a very clean place. Joe did a great job. My only concern was after the oil change was complete the sticker on the windshield was marke Russ Darrow is a very clean place. Joe did a great job. My only concern was after the oil change was complete the sticker on the windshield was marked for 3,000 mile oil change when normally it's every 5,000. I hope the oil was the synthetic blend especially since that's whar I paid for. It was overall a great experience. I spoke with Joe after I noticed it and he just said the mechanic made a mistake. More

Bad experience I brought my car in with exhaust problems and found it was the catilytic converter. The car was not worth the cost of repair so I came to pick it up. I brought my car in with exhaust problems and found it was the catilytic converter. The car was not worth the cost of repair so I came to pick it up. When I picked up the car it would not start. The only solution the technician offered was for me to rent a car from them. More

Tire replacement Called Nissan to ask if I could bring my car in to get my tire replaced. They told me they had my tire in stock and all I needed was for them to take Called Nissan to ask if I could bring my car in to get my tire replaced. They told me they had my tire in stock and all I needed was for them to take off my spare tire to put a new one on. It took them two hours. I watched my car sit in the shop for an hour on a lift and did not see a single worker in there. When I finally went out to the service desk to ask how much longer it would be I found one person who went in to check. They came and said “they’re just finishing up”. Really they were just getting started? It should have taken them a half an hour to put this tire on. Ruined my day. The cashier was watching Netflix on her phone. I saw multiple employees standing around talking and not working. Joe was very personable and helpful, however. It was not his fault. I Will not be returning. More
