They changed a part that was recalled and a week later a light comes on for repairs. Was quoted $160 to evaluated the code - called & talked to the service mgr - Mr. Urse. He apologized and said if it was r light comes on for repairs. Was quoted $160 to evaluated the code - called & talked to the service mgr - Mr. Urse. He apologized and said if it was related to the part they replaced there would be no charge. Well. It was because of that part! I was not charged and for the inconvenience I’m supposed to get a free oil change when that light comes on. This is the 2nd time I have left the service center and within a week, get a service light. Looks very suspicious that this happens. Love this CRV. Also got a call from a salesman wanting to know if I wanted to trade it in & could possibly get my payments down - I paid it off 2 years ago! lol. More
