I very highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to stay far away from this place. I purchased a 2018 BMW X4 from them over a month ago, they claimed the vehicle was in good working condition and th stay far away from this place. I purchased a 2018 BMW X4 from them over a month ago, they claimed the vehicle was in good working condition and that nothing was wrong wellllllll I shouldn't have been so naive. I got the vehicle and lo and behold the display for the vehicle which the idrive system works with that controls Navigation, Bluetooth, USB Devices, backup camera; safety features and a lot more is completely shot. BMW paperwork the dealership shows the system had been shorting out for quite some time before I ever received the vehicle. When I brought this up to Peter Modzelewski, the used car manager he at first tried to of course say it worked fine when it was there, the typical xx answer. Then said it's not anything they would've seen on inspection when clearly on their point inspection paperwork it says that it's one of the main things checked. Peter tried to help by taking the cheap way out by looking for used parts at a non-bmw dealership for the low to replace this and he couldn't find anythingThen he told me he would cut a check for $1000(the job at BMW to replace this is almost $5000) or I can to take it 4 hours away to be replaced in which I asked for reimbursement on gas and a ride back home if I was gonna do that and he said he was checking with a higher up. Guess what? He never got back to me and now he ignores all of my emails I send. I even emailed the general manager Joseph Lepore multiple times and he never reached out to even acknowledge. I'll update this post with what they both have to say when they eventually read this post and try to remedy the situation after being called out. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. YOUR. VEHICLE. HERE. More
