After 8 years of loyalty, I am reconsidering the Honda brand because David Otero clearly does not value a customer's time or business. I returned specifically because of a great past experience with Enriq brand because David Otero clearly does not value a customer's time or business. I returned specifically because of a great past experience with Enrique Castaneta, but David’s rude attitude and dismissive "nothing goes fast here" comments made it clear I was not a priority. This was a sharp contrast to a Toyota dealership I visited a day ago with no appointment, where they were still far more polite and considerate than the staff here was for my confirmed appointment. While other team members were handling the details of my case, David's unprofessionalism and blame-shifting regarding my scheduled time ruined the experience. The lack of respect shown to a long-term customer was enough to make us walk out. Update: I called as requested by management and was told I would receive a callback shortly. As of now, no one has followed up. The response asking me to reach out appears to have been procedural rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. Due to this lack of follow-through, I chose to take my business elsewhere, and a deal that was close to completion ultimately fell through. More

I said it's illegal to sell a car with packages without my consent. The final price was not negotiated by General Sales Manager Andrew Ly. I would say it was imposed. It wasn’t an impressive price, but I had no choice; I needed a car. I had to agree because this dealership had the car I was looking for. Otherwise, I would have walked away. A few months after purchase I attempted to get in touch with General Manager Joseph Lepore, as well as General Sales Manager Andrew Ly. Neither Manager got back in touch with me. I didn't have a good experience with purchasing the car at the Old Bridge DCH Honda. I do not recommend them to potential buyers. Run, run, run! You'll thank me later. More
