This Dealer is Highly Recommended, they cared enough and took care of me when every other dealer around the area wouldn't, my hats off to Zackery Glynn and the rest of the sales team, they all understood th took care of me when every other dealer around the area wouldn't, my hats off to Zackery Glynn and the rest of the sales team, they all understood the situation I was in, Mr. Zack walked me around and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for the budget I had to work with, the entire team all went above and beyond to make things work. If you need a vehicle either new or used, I recommend going to this dealer, you can't go wrong. More

The service department was extremely helpful and would come to me with updates on my vehicle. It was a fast and seamless process. They also had popcorn and a variety of drinks to choose from! I appreciate that Russ Darrow is able to get me in and work on my car in a timely fashion, however I left dissatisfied for the second visit in a row. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tec work on my car in a timely fashion, however I left dissatisfied for the second visit in a row. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tech texted me and said that my tires weren't wearing evenly and are too far gone. The problem was that he didn't have a recommendation. He said I don't need to replace them but then also didn't rotate them. I left not knowing what is going on or what I should do. Normally I'd expect to have a discussion where they provide a recommendation with pros/cons. I received an inspection video of my vehicle which I've appreciated in the past, but this time the tech was completely inaudible so I had a video of a buzzsaw and someone pointing under my car. They also didn't: mention the recall for my vehicle, reset my maintenance reminder, or suggest any recommended maintenance. When you are paying $100 dollars for an oil change, I'd really expect them to be good at these things. More

I don't think Russ Darrow is the best value for getting your vehicle serviced. Having regular maintenance performed here doesn't seem to justify the price. I think I'll find a separate auto shop that isn't your vehicle serviced. Having regular maintenance performed here doesn't seem to justify the price. I think I'll find a separate auto shop that isn't necessarily specialized in Kia, but gives me better value for my money. More

My service was fantastic in the Service department. I forgot the name of my service guy, iI think it was Joe, he was the only one working and he was absolutely fantastic.
