I came in for an alignment and a slow leak in one of my tires. After having a less than stellar experience across town at their competitor I decided to give Russ Darrow Kia on the west side a try. It was a completely stress-free experience from start to finish each person I dealt with was cordial, kind, attentive, knowledgeable and I felt like my business was appreciated. It’s amazing what the small act of acknowledgement can do to building a lasting impression. The simple act of saying hello with a smile goes a long way in my book. I don’t know if I could’ve gotten a better deal someplace else and frankly I don’t care because I appreciate being treated with respect and consideration. I thought the price I was charged was reasonable and they didn’t try and upsell me or push me into anything else even though I did mention that I was interested in coming back for some additional services at a later date. They offer a shuttle service if you’d like to go someplace else while you wait for your car to be repaired which I thought was a nice option. More

Joe is not only attentive to our needs, he is also timely and honest with all aspects to the service of our vehicles. Russ Darrow should in our estimation give Joe a big raise for how he goes about representing Russ Darrow. Dealerships in general have a negative connotation for most people. Joe brings out the best representing Russ Darrow. Something this dealership must acknowledge. A jolly good job, Joe! More
