Berna and team did an amazing job taking our car in without an appointment due to a faulty trunk latch. The fix took a couple of days to complete, but Berna provided us with a loaner vehicle and made u without an appointment due to a faulty trunk latch. The fix took a couple of days to complete, but Berna provided us with a loaner vehicle and made us feel completely calm throughout the whole week. She called each day with updates on progress and reassured us everything was on track. I am so glad we took our vehicle in to Southern Acura Newport News and even more appreciative of staff like Berna who treat customers like family! More
