He took his time to search and locate the truck I wanted and executed this perfectly. I am a extremely hard one to please and Joe did so well with communication and making sure that all my needs and wants were met. Joe deserves to be in one of those glass offices. He is a true professional and Suburban Ford should be honored to have such a fine man on the team. I would not want to deal with anyone other than Joe. He actually cares and does not rush or push he takes his time and works with you to make sure you stay in the budget you have set. if I could give him 17 stars I would but I am limited to 5. Nicolas was awesome, I actually new a A few other people at the dealership, but his attitude was so welcoming that I did not mind working with him. He even helped me take a badge off my Jeep that I was turn at the dealership, but his attitude was so welcoming that I did not mind working with him.
