Kia North informed me that they could match the 0% interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 m interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 models statewide, they were dishonest and claimed there were none available. Their response time is frustratingly slow at this store, prompting me to reach out to other dealerships myself and I found one at Kia West. When I informed Kia North about the availability of a 2024 model at Kia West dealership, they stated they couldn't access it even though Kia West informed me Kia North should be able to access it. (Seriously, what is the point of looking around at other stores if you can't acccess them?) It seemed clear that they preferred to sell me a 2025 model at a 6% interest rate instead. I walked out as they refused to honor their agreement. More

I was on my way home to Ft. Lauderdale when my car broke down. Greenway Kia dealership took great care of me by finding out what was wrong with my car, putting me in a rental s Lauderdale when my car broke down. Greenway Kia dealership took great care of me by finding out what was wrong with my car, putting me in a rental so I could get home before the hurricane came. They made sure everything was working before I picked it back up. Noah was very kind , and assured me of they would get me my rental before the storm and they would be sure to find the problem and fix it before me driving back to Ft. Lauderdale. The problem was fixed and I returned home safe! More

My time with this dealership was anything but professional. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I get there the car was clearly not looked at beforehand. The dashboard was not professional. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I get there the car was clearly not looked at beforehand. The dashboard was not working and the salesman didn’t know how to work the technology in the car. The general sales manager is the epitome of sleazy car salesman. I put a deposit down on a vehicle to hold it over the weekend and I asked for it to get it in writing that I get my money back if it’s not to my satisfaction and they hand wrote it illegibly on printer paper without his name on it. The key fob did not have the emergency key that is required inside and that took two weeks to get it cut and to me. I would like to never deal with his dealership again. More

I consistently have terrible experiences here. I came in this morning at 840 for a 9am oil change and I find out around 12pm (after I had to go and track down my service rep) that they actually lo I came in this morning at 840 for a 9am oil change and I find out around 12pm (after I had to go and track down my service rep) that they actually lost my ticket and have not started work on my vehicle. No apologies were offered or explanation. Service Rep seemed annoyed that I even asked for an ETA and did not follow up with the ETA. I had to go find her AGAIN and when she told me that they are just now starting I commented on how absolutely ridiculous that is. She stated “I agree, I’m not the one that lost the ticket so I can’t say what happened. It will be another 20minutes”… but if she is my service rep shouldn’t she have been checking on the status of the car before it had been 4 hours and I have to go ask?? Like I said no apologies were offered and nothing was said from their end to try and make amends for what I consider an absolutely horrible experience. Around 1pm I ask again and she responds “soon” I ask how soon. “another 5 actually 10 minutes”. 10/10 do not recommend this location. At 120pm she comes out and says they’re pulling the car up now. I wait thinking she would apologize for the inconvenience or say oh we filled up the tank or washed the car (typically the offer these free of charge when we have a service appointment) but nothing… while waiting for her to come back with my keys I notice on the paper they only preformed an oil change NOT the tire rotation. We have always done both at the same time for every single appointment. I ask her if I’m reading it wrong or if it says they did not do a tire rotation.. she says oh no we did. This says.. actually it says they didnt. Your appointment was for an oil change only.” Can you imagine how frustrated I am? This is FIVE HOURS I’ve been sitting waiting. I tell her how unacceptable this is because the appointment was for both services. She argues with me saying I said “Oil change” ONLY. And never mentioned tire rotation.. I ask how can we go back and check what the appointment was for and she says “right here (points to the paper with summary of services) it says oil change because that’s what you told me”. You can go back and see what the appointment was made for. She didn’t do that. Obviously I’m upset and she doesn’t offer the slightest bit of understanding or willingness to fix this mistake. The whole experience was extremely rude and frustrating. The manager Joe Vega did apologize but when I asked him for a number from someone higher up that I can report what happened he gave me an Orlando body shop phone number? He also gave the excuse of Theo as well as himself have the flu.. why are they working directly with customers if they have the flu? Avoid this location if you value your time. Theo’s attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. She should not work directly with customers if she can not right her mistakes and offer an apology. Another customer sitting beside me was also waiting for an update from Theo and commented on how RUDE and nasty her attitude is. EDIT : After asking for a number to call management we were given a phony number but finally found a way to contact a man named Johnathan Daniel’s. He was very apologetic and said he would consult with the man above him and get back to us with what they can do to rectify the situation. That was the evening of our appointment on Monday. Tuesday he called us and promised to get back to us and now it is Friday and we have called three times and left messages to call us about the situation. His promises of taking care of customers clearly are worth about the same as the customer service we receive from Greenway Kia in general. More
