Predatory, disorganized, unethical, SCAM “dealership”! When I was moving to the USA, I saw the car I wanted at the price I wanted online. I called ahead and tried to pay $16,000 cash over the phone, so th When I was moving to the USA, I saw the car I wanted at the price I wanted online. I called ahead and tried to pay $16,000 cash over the phone, so that I could get off my ~35 hour flight with my baby and bags in tow, pick up the car, and drive off. We agreed to the price, they said it was mine, I got insurance. When I landed in the USA, I spent $200 on an Uber to the dealership with my family and luggage in tow, having been assured we would be in and out in under an hour - just to be told they made a mistake and didn’t have the vehicle I purchased after all. They can’t look up their inventory online, so they drove me around the lot for an hour only to determine they didn’t have a similar vehicle for sale under $28,000 and instead INSIST I should finance a $35,000 new vehicle (no thanks.) They were rude, pushy, and outright nasty when I didn’t cave into their pressure. Waste of $300 on Ubers to/from, waste of three hours of my time while exhausted. It is inexcusable they don’t know what inventory they have. The GM Feras refused to speak with me and never returned my calls. Ended up going to Arrigo and it was night and day, a clean honest transaction with a reputable dealership - highly recommend not bothering with Rick Case. More

Buyers beware! I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with 31,000 miles on December 26th. Shortly after the problems began. My vehicle that is responsible for getting my children and I around town does not reliably start. I called service on May 17th and their soonest appointment is June 6th. My car finally stopped working a few days shy of the appointment and was towed to the shop. The shop refuses to look at it until the appointment day and has advised that I need to pay nearly $300 for them to look at it. I thought I would be safe spending the extra money to purchase a certified pre owned vehicle through what I thought to be a reputable dealer. Unfortunately Hyundais pre owned program is not what you would think. Having a certified pre-owned does not ensure that your vehicle will be looked at in a timely manner. The fact that they are asking for money upfront is appalling. My vehicle has been properly maintained, it’s sad to see such an expensive paper weight in my driveway. I would not recommend Hyundai or Rick Case dealerships to anyone. They only want your money and DO NOT stand behind their product. I had heard that Hyundai had come a long way but sadly that does not seem to be the case. Beware of spending your money with Rick Case Hyundai. The customer service ends the moment you drive off of their lot. 7 months later got to replace the battery. More

I have had nothing but the poorest service here when servicing my car. Today with a lease buyout was no exception. I guess letting the general manager have to finally handle it because we walked out wa servicing my car. Today with a lease buyout was no exception. I guess letting the general manager have to finally handle it because we walked out was the way to go. My fourth Hyundai. And sales person was unable to do anything and the guy who came after him was so rude, we left. We did our due diligence before we arrived. Knew our buyout price. It’s important to be educated. Saved us approx $1,100 in a ridiculous “safety fee”. Low mileage car. Still under the warranty but apparently they think what they make is not safe after three years or are padding. It never should have gotten to the general manager for such a simple thing. More

I made a Hyundai lease in this store at the beginning of last year and I was attended by the sales person Jack Gonzalez and the financial guy the Mauricio Navarro and I left my old leased car at the dealers last year and I was attended by the sales person Jack Gonzalez and the financial guy the Mauricio Navarro and I left my old leased car at the dealership the same day because in my negotiation was it included but my surprise a couple months later was that my pending payments with my old card wasn't included because I received a notification from my old lease company that it was due and pending. I return to this Hyundai dealer and the answers were first evading their responsibilities and the seller said that the financier should have done it and the financier said that it belonged to the seller. After speaking with the sales manager, the response was worse and more rude, even tearing up the paper where the seller had written down the delivery of my previous car at the beginning of the business was included. I tried to contact supposedly the Rick Case headquarter and was mission impossible and none a really costumer service to route my claim... some sales guys from Rick Case Hyundai in Davie told me that they have heard bad experiences of other costumers of that dealership and their are not the same really company from Rick Case, so I lost my money....so be caution and never do business with this dealership they are a cheating sellers and just do tricks to get your money and find another Hyundai dealer..Stay away of this dealership and their sales team. More
