Inputed my info online regarding a quote I received from another dealer, Jose Sanchez took care of my email and was very professional. Jose not only met my demands he was able to better them, already preapp another dealer, Jose Sanchez took care of my email and was very professional. Jose not only met my demands he was able to better them, already preapproved and happy about it, he went out of his way to get me a better rate. Never gave me the run around or bad attitude to my request no matter how ridiculous it was. Happy with purchased very patience individual. Every person I talked to, have told me a good deal. This has nothing to do with Jose, but finance managers just make it more stressful on all add ons and payments increase. I get it its their job and they make commission from it, sometimes to pushy of a finance manager wants to make you get up and walk away. I couple months ago I went back to replace it with a New 2020 and was impressed with his exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge.
