Jose gave me time to make my decision at home after test-driving in person. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, most of it was done at home to save time. It was a painless process. Doug and David explained the financing well. Beth was very personable in showing how the car worked after I signed. Overall, I am happy I decided to buy this car here as opposed to looking elsewhere. I am a Mazda girl all the way . . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX-30 Turbo. Brian in the service area put me in touch with Jose in sales and the rest is history. Going from a 2007 Miata to a 2024 CX-30 was an adjustment in terms of the tech built into the car, but no problem, Beth in Customer Service set up an appointment to in-service me on learning my new car. This dealership operates as a team with the customer experience being the number one goal . . . and it shows! Whether it is service or sales, I know I am going to be taken care of.
