After failing to make a deal at a few other dealerships, I expanded my search radius, and I am glad I did. I called Garavel on a Saturday and I was lucky enough to get Byeong to answer the phone. Dave is a real gem! Knowledgeable, polite, but never pushy. I came in with an old Subaru looking for a new one. The trade-in experience was as smooth as silk. Unlike some other salespersons who would do whatever to lure you in for a test drive, Dave first of all gave me an OTD as requested. Once I was there, he guided me through multiple test drives. No exaggeration, no intrusive question, nor urging for a decision. What’s more, after we got a deal, he would still patiently explain to me how to setup the vehicle to ensure smooth transition. That’s how you make a sale through professionalism! More
