Amazing Exerience Always at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos! I was just approved by Honda for my 4th lease at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos, California. I’m very happy, I love my new Honda Civic, and I was just approved by Honda for my 4th lease at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos, California. I’m very happy, I love my new Honda Civic, and I’m happy to share my story with others. It’s been a long-term relationship with this Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, all of my leases have been through them, and working with the same gentleman, Jose Magana. I have to say, my experience overall at Norm Reeves Honda has been great on every level. At every level, the quality of customer service and support, of working with a customer to help them with a car lease or purchase is stellar. While Jose is the gentleman who helped me in each case to secure my lease, everyone I dealt with in other departments, finance, customer service, etc.. were all stellar people. Now regarding Jose and team members he works with, honestly, they worked miracles for me. During my first two leases my payment history was perfect and therefore everything went smoothly. However, I had some major health problems along the way which resulted in huge medical bills and unfortunately a number of late payments on my third lease. Jose listened sincerely to where I was at, and what happened, and went the extra mile to not only get me approved for a new lease, which I was concerned about, but to get a reasonable and affordable rate approved in spite of the challenges I had. I know he worked hard on my behalf. So overall, I highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda to everyone. I know I will not be going anywhere else, and as I expressed, the primary person I’ve always worked with, Jose Magana, has been a real gentleman and great person to work, I’m very appreciative.
