Overall experience was good. There was a longer wait time during the busy time. The entire purchasing experience took less than 4 hours. Jose Magana was the sales person and was helpful in providing the pricing and details about the sales. He was professional and not pushy when it came to the negiotiation process. Overall, I would purchase a vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda for their selection, price and staff. More

i looked up on line trying to find the best price for a Honda "Pilot" 2010 for almost 2 weeks and got a price from "Norm Reeves Spuerstore" which was too good to pass! so, i contacted Jose to make sure i c Honda "Pilot" 2010 for almost 2 weeks and got a price from "Norm Reeves Spuerstore" which was too good to pass! so, i contacted Jose to make sure i could definitely pay the same price for a Pilot "2011" but the only downside was there r 2 colors to chose from; he ensured me that price would be the same and answeared all my questions before i went to the car dearler! the sales went very smoothly and Jose was very helpful for our trade-in, too! Jay from the financial department was also very delighted to work with! "Norm Reeves Superstore" is the best place to get ur dream car!!! More

Jose in the internet department was awesome. After calling about 10 other dealers, he not only gave me the best price but had great customer service. He was very accommodating with our schedules and calling about 10 other dealers, he not only gave me the best price but had great customer service. He was very accommodating with our schedules and even talked to us after dealer hours to answer our questions. The bottom line was - they had the best price in the southland. I would definitely buy there again. More

I was referred to your dealership by a coworker. She referred us to Jose Magana, he was so helpful and was able to get us the deal we wanted on our new Honda Accord.
