This is my second vehicle purchase from Norm Reeves Honda and I plan on coming back for my future Honda's. I went through the internet sales department for my 2008 Honda Accord back in June of 2008 and I wen and I plan on coming back for my future Honda's. I went through the internet sales department for my 2008 Honda Accord back in June of 2008 and I went through the internet department again for my 2011 Honda Civic. I personally like to go through the internet to get price quotes so I come in with a great price with little or no negotiations. I arrived at the dealership and asked for Jose, as instructed to do so by my internet price quote. We looked around the lot because I wasn't sure between the Civic EX, EX-L, and the optional navagation. Jose was very helpful and gave me a tour of every trim level and even let me try the navagation system on a used Civic. I ended up purchasing the 2011 Civic EX-L without navi because they had no new models with the navi system. That was a bit of a downer at first until I realized that I just saved 2k. I asked to test drive a black Civic EX-L, which they didn't have in their lot, so Jose worked extremely hard to track down the exact model at their warehouse. Jose isn't the typical sales because he didn't push me to buy the car. He let me test drive the vehicle without any annoying sales pitches and was very patient while I contemplated. The car purchase took about 4 hours which is great in my opinion (my parent's have had car purchases that took multiple days)! It would have taken 2 hours but I went during new year's eve, one of the busiest days for car dealerships and I asked for a model that was still at their warehouse. My experience at Norm Reeves Honda was another great one! It's also nice that the General Manager called the next day to see how my experience went. Car dealerships should all be like Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. One downer: They didn't give me the greatest trade-in value, but most dealerships low ball trade-ins. They also couldn't activate the alarm system that the dealer endorses so they had me call the actual manufacturer about the situation. More
