Called the Service Dept. at Silver When I needed to schedule my 10k maintenance the selling dealership said they couldn’t work me in for a month. Called the Service Dept. at Silver Spring and had a pleasant conversation - they said I could come in 3 days later and offered me several different time slots. Jose, the service writer, could not have been more pleasant from the time I arrived right through until completion of the work. This fellow is a treasure. Service Manager came over and introduced himself and we had a very pleasant discussion. I won’t be servicing my Volvo anywhere else and, when it’s time to buy another car this is where I’ll start. I highly recommend them. More
