Satisfactory. It would of been a better exper3if there was assistance with finance. The service department provided great service, and I also had a positive experience with the sales department. However, my experience with the finance department was very disappointing. Despite receiving an had a positive experience with the sales department. However, my experience with the finance department was very disappointing. Despite receiving an amazing deal from Torrance Nissan, my experience was almost ruined by Lily Bandea. She had a negative attitude and seemed to struggle with basic computer tasks, which resulted in a significant waste of time for me. Instead of efficiently printing the necessary paperwork, she repeatedly called people over the phone for assistance and tried multiple printers before finally resorting to using a computer directly connected to a printer. This prolonged my wait, as there were three people ahead of me, and I ended up staying at the dealership from 10 am until almost 9 pm, despite being ready to make my purchase at 1 pm. It was frustrating to encounter a situation where there were plenty of staff available to sell and service cars, but only one person handling the finance department with a terrible attitude. More
