Once we narrowed down on our Genesis GV60 model, Jose C. over in Finance took great care of us and was a pleasure to work with. Even while it was the end of the month, the process was seamless and the service was great! I also was able to get assistance from Amir, one of their insurance brokers on site and he was able to find us a lower insurance quote. In contrast, dealers in our hometown area (Jacksonville) were difficult to deal with, clearly didn’t want to do business over the phone and had limited inventory.
