I recently went to Universal Genesis and had an amazing experience. When I walked in to the dealership I was undecided as to what vehicle we wanted to look into and General Sales Manager, Guillermo, had us experience. When I walked in to the dealership I was undecided as to what vehicle we wanted to look into and General Sales Manager, Guillermo, had us work with Nick G. Nick was so patient and showed us a few different models with various trim levels. He was never pushy, and we never felt any pressure during the negotiation process. Once we narrowed down on our Genesis GV60 model, Jose C. over in Finance took great care of us and was a pleasure to work with. Even while it was the end of the month, the process was seamless and the service was great! I also was able to get assistance from Amir, one of their insurance brokers on site and he was able to find us a lower insurance quote. If you are looking for a vehicle and would like to work with great people, be sure to ask for Nick G and Jose C. You will be in great hands! Thanks again for a great experience! More

We had a great purchase experience with Christopher Johnson. He saw to the details of our transaction, was responsive to questions, and made us feel comfortable and appreciated as we purchased our new Johnson. Universal Hyundai had a choice of vehicles for us, and had the particular car we wanted. Universal made it easy to strike a deal from a distance. In contrast, dealers in our hometown area (Jacksonville) were difficult to deal with, clearly didn’t want to do business over the phone and had limited inventory. We strongly recommend Christopher Johnson and Universal Hyundai. More
