I’m extremely disappointed in the process that is required to buy a car at this dealership. I feel that they intentionally wear you down and then slip in extras that you don’t agree to. When I printe required to buy a car at this dealership. I feel that they intentionally wear you down and then slip in extras that you don’t agree to. When I printed out my paperwork and went over it with a fine tooth comb I discovered I was charged $499 for something I was told the dealership gave me free of charge. This is the second car that I purchased at this dealership and it will be my last! More

A car listed for less than $21K ended up almost $33K out-the-door. I would advise any potential buyer not to sign any document without knowing the final cost of the vehicle you’re buying. They will add out-the-door. I would advise any potential buyer not to sign any document without knowing the final cost of the vehicle you’re buying. They will add a lot fees. You need to be wise not to accept them. At the end, I bought the vehicle by rejecting all the extra fees. Make sure you have pre-approval from your bank before buying there, otherwise they will try to convince you with their own financing which is way higher than other financial institutions. Since I purchased the car at night, in the morning the next day I checked they didn’t even fill in the gas tank. The wiper fluid tank almost empty that makes me think that the car wasn’t serviced. Now I have to take the car to service it before driving it. Not a good experience at all. More
