Pleased Had a great experience, low pressure, great patience. Jorgo took time to answer all questions as well as helping me understand the many new features, Had a great experience, low pressure, great patience. Jorgo took time to answer all questions as well as helping me understand the many new features, as my old vehicle was quite limited to say the least. Goran was also very patient helping me through financing. My past experience with car salesmen was stereotypical to say the least, and I arrived ready for battle. Jorgo and Goran maintained professionalism, respecting my experience, and explaining everything along the way. All the staff at Heiser were super pleasant and even jumped in to make this an experience that I can say honestly was great. I recommend them fully! More

Shahat Mohamed was able to help me on the financing end as well. Kind and articulate, Shahat walked me through the final steps of financing, warranties and payment info. Easy and honest to deal with. I came to the dealership to just take a look at the new features of the 2020 model year Tacoma. After meeting Jorgo he was able to break down the diff I came to the dealership to just take a look at the new features of the 2020 model year Tacoma. After meeting Jorgo he was able to break down the differences between the truck I had (2017 Tacoma) and the new 2020. He offered to let me take the new truck for a test drive where he was able to physically show me many of the features while they were in use. After the test drive we went back to his desk where he was able to show me my options as far as cost goes. The sales manager (Shahat) was also able to investigate other options such as the cost of leasing. To make a long story short, I drove off with a new 2020 Tacoma and couldn't be happier. Jorgo and the sales managers honesty, patience, and willingness to work with me put me at ease as a customer. I know I made the right choice going to Heiser and will be back for my next vehicle in the future. More
