Colt was great. Jorge was great. Didn’t work with Chad so I don’t know why he was listed on this. However the service and inspection departments are terrible. I boug Jorge was great. I bought a Tundra from Heiser and after a couple days I noticed a clunking sound coming from the front right driver side wheel. Called in to setup an appointment. Day goes by and the sound gets worse. And then worse. I check the tire area and don’t see anything that could be making the noise. Then I noticed as I turn it feels almost like I’m drifting. Check the wheel area again and can’t see anything obvious. Another day goes by and the issues are worse. At this point the truck feels unsafe to drive so I pull over and notice 2 lug nuts are missing and the other lug nuts are so loose that they would jiggle if you tapped them with a finger and practically fell off too. Absolutely ridiculous. Brand new truck almost got destroyed after 6 days of owning it. Got a call and I was told to drive it in or I could have someone come down and tighten the lug nuts. Ridiculous again. I made the dealership tow it to them and fix it. Which they did. However, the fact that a new truck less than a week old almost got entirely destroyed because the wheel almost flew off on the highway is absurd. How do you not adhere the wheels to the truck!? That’s the first thing that should be inspected - 1. Are the wheels attached? After all that mess I get an email asking how my satisfaction is. I reply and say I’m completed UNsatisfied. No response. I reply again asking if they had any feedback to my email. No response. So no responses and no offerings of any type to say sorry for almost destroying my truck. What’s even more terrifying is the fact that I have to come back here for service for the warranty’s sake and to get the free oil changes. Who knows what they might forget to do next time I need service. More

We’ve bought 3 cars from Heiser Toyota, and 2 with Al’s help. He’s a fantastic salesman who makes the buying process easy and enjoyable. He offers all the options, but without any pressure.
