Location was easy to access. Facilities are nice. Staff was helpful with questions and requests. Staff was very professional and efficient at performing the tasks needed. Overall experience was excellent. was helpful with questions and requests. Staff was very professional and efficient at performing the tasks needed. Overall experience was excellent. Jorgo did an excellent job. Our finance guy, I forgot his name, was efficient and did an excellent job even though it meant he needed to stay after closing time. Saved us an additional trip back. Unfortunately your dealership did not come through with two of the three verbal agreements we made to close the deal Instead of doing an alignment as agreed upon the technician refused the service becaus two of the three verbal agreements we made to close the deal Instead of doing an alignment as agreed upon the technician refused the service because it was in spec The engine bay was to be detailed and was half done After 5 phone calls to resolve I finally just gave up I have experienced a complete loss of trust with Heiser I will not even be back for the free oil changes More

Jorgo helped me get my dad into a new Toyota Camry lease without any difficulty. He is very knowledgeable about every Toyota that Heiser Toyota sells.
