The overall car buying experience here was tremendous. My wife and I had experienced less than ideal situations while looking for a car previously. We found a car online at Heiser and called to make sure My wife and I had experienced less than ideal situations while looking for a car previously. We found a car online at Heiser and called to make sure it was there and to ask to take a look. When we got to the dealership we said a quick prayer asking God to make the process painless and peaceful. He blessed us with working with Al. Al had the car hurried to get cleaned so we could take a look as it had just been traded in. He took us for a test drive and explained everything very well and was very thorough. He worked with us and was very kind as we asked many questions and even helped us get the price to the right spot. The car had just been traded in so they detailed it and replaced a few parts to make it like new. Jakub was who I signed the deal with and he was incredibly helpful in explaining everything and helping the process go smoothly as well. Overall a great place and very friendly helpful people. More
