Josh/Joshua was absolutely amazing - as the service associate he went out and looked at my car and came back and told me exactly what I needed, no sales pitches, no nonsense - just hard facts even thou associate he went out and looked at my car and came back and told me exactly what I needed, no sales pitches, no nonsense - just hard facts even though I just needed an oil change and new brake pads - the lady in front of me in line just needed a new fuse to make her automatic seat buttons work and Josh fixed it and sent her on her way! She didn't even need to drop it off anymore! Josh went out of his way to be helpful even though the whole place is under construction and there are a million people and trailers everywhere. A+++ due to Josh's customer service! More
