I was given a phone number to text with questions and no one responded timely to my texts. I asked for an uber to be arranged and it wasn’t until I called back to check again. we ended up paying for an uber one responded timely to my texts. Was told a month ago that the person with knowledge of black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When at the service center was now told black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When at the service center was now told would have to keep car for a couple of days to work on black screen. I thought. This was why I waited this long and someone would work on. Decided to skip for now, just got oil change and tire rotation. More

When calling to set appointment I spoke with Jorge and he was very accommodating. I had to call back just to make sure they new I was waiting for my car. Jorge was a very attentive and informative service adviser. My car is a 2022 and is covered by total warranty. However, Jorge determined that my blinker was not working, because water had come in, and adviser. My car is a 2022 and is covered by total warranty. However, Jorge determined that my blinker was not working, because water had come in, and there was a crack in the fixture. which he claimed voided the warranty. I came back and had another service advisor from another company look at it and there is no crack. I am going to pursue further when I get back home, but feel it’s something covered by warranty would’ve costed me $1000. Which I did not do. I will expect to hear more when I get home and we will face the company then. I believe Lee did the chaos and confusion at the dealership made for Hair’s decision hastily, and this, therefore put me in danger until I can arrive back to Massachusetts and resolve this issue More
