Ouafaa Kouhailia has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. She has a great judgement for recommendation. Did everything possible to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. It was my first time buying a Kia and I only had a couple of days as my 14 year old car died unexpectedly. Katie worked with me to get me into the perfect car with the payment I wanted quickly and expertly of days as my 14 year old car died unexpectedly. What an easy painless experience for purchasing a new vehicle.
