Terrible bought a used 2021 ford explorer with 64000 miles in July of 2024. Since them my car has been in the service department longer than I've had the vehicle at home. Multiple service repairs drives miles in July of 2024. Since them my car has been in the service department longer than I've had the vehicle at home. Multiple service repairs driveshaft replacement, differential replacement and now the 4th time a transfer case that's costing 2500 dollars. From my service advisor jose all the way to the supervisor Robert have been lack of communication and 0 customer service. Sometimes a week would go by before I received a call back from Robert or Jose. With this 4th time being told " you should be happy with these repairs" to " well you did by a used car" so I'm guessing the sales guys and the service guys are incahoots one sells bad cars the other takes us for a ride with repairs. No accountability tried talking to used car sales manager still waiting for a call back going on 5 days. More

Worst experience ever. Had my car 3 months. Was told it would have gas and washed. Didn’t happen. You would think after having someone car that long that would be done. Was Had my car 3 months. I asked if they had been starting my car every day. No reply except now they would cover the battery. I was told four different days it would be ready but each time they came up with excuses. More

I had a long running issue with a control module. Robert (service mgr) was great. He stayed on the problem until it was resolved. (this was over a number of service calls over the issue. Robert pulled in various departments to try and resolve my issue. Luis (service) was friendly and kept me informed on my truck . every step of the way. I knew the team at Hemborg Ford cared about the outcome of my truck & the problem I was having. More

I received my new custom ordered 2022 F250 last week and within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, bu within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, but were holding on tonthem. Believe me, i called and researched everywhere as well. Robert Quintero and Luis worked their magic and were able to source then part in several days! I appreciate all the phone calls and leg work they had to-do to get me on the road. Great Job gentlemen. More

My car has been in their shop for 4 1/2 weeks for a known failure. I know they can't get the part due to the supply chain issues but they promised me a 30 day rental. I can't get a hold of my rep or the serv failure. I know they can't get the part due to the supply chain issues but they promised me a 30 day rental. I can't get a hold of my rep or the service manager. I keep being told they will call me back. the couple times I did talk to someone they say they are waiting for approval. They know they will have my car for 9 weeks minimum waiting for the transmission module (which is part of a known failure on their transmissions.) So I am completely screwed. The worst part is they didn't even call after I first dropped it off. They accidentally tested me thinking I was someone else. Fail. More

The service department has poor communication. Did not return our phone calls regarding the status of our car and was rude on the phone and in person when picking up the vehicle. I will find another deale return our phone calls regarding the status of our car and was rude on the phone and in person when picking up the vehicle.
