The atmosphere is very laid back without added pressure. The sales staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable which is a rare commodity these days. I am very disappointed with the assurances made by the sales agent regarding repairs. Now that the sale is complete, I am being informed that I will need to pay out of pocket for the paint repairs that we sales agent regarding repairs. Now that the sale is complete, I am being informed that I will need to pay out of pocket for the paint repairs that were promised by the sales agent. This is unacceptable, and I expect the commitments made to be honored. I spoke to the manager who assisted me during the sale, and he promised to call or text me the following day for a follow-up. However, I did not receive any communication. When I called to check in, I was told that he would call me shortly, but by the end of the day, I learned that he had gone home. More
