Took my jeep in for warranty covered maintenance shortly after purchasing and after dropping it off couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back for over 24 hours, only to find out then they neve after purchasing and after dropping it off couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back for over 24 hours, only to find out then they never started work and didn't even know it was there. It was a scheduled service and I checked in and dropped it off at the service center. Very frustrating. More

My main experience is with the Sales Person that helped me purchase a Ram truck. Jordan Malmgren was thorough and courteous. He knew his product inside and out. although i couldn't get to the dealership u me purchase a Ram truck. Jordan Malmgren was thorough and courteous. He knew his product inside and out. although i couldn't get to the dealership until 6 days after we settled on a vehicle and he confirmed pricing, he was in constant contact, answering questions and getting back to me, oftentimes pro-actively. Superb people skills, knowledge of the product and sales process. his care and enthusiasm made him a joy to work with. Brad Malmgren greeted me at the door when i finally arrived to pick up the Truck and was another person at LHM that gave me confidence in the store's customer relations.
