I cannot say enough about Napleton's Valley Hyundai. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful. I am on my fourth Hyundai since 2005. Jordan was wonderful and very helpful. He kept to his word and called us as soon as he found the car we were looking for I went right away and looked at the car . He and Jimmy worked out a great deal fo word and called us as soon as he found the car we were looking for I went right away and looked at the car . He and Jimmy worked out a great deal for me and I bought the car that night. The car would be ready the next day and Jordan came in on his day off to personally deliver the car, and even took the time to explain all the options and setup the blue tooth ,and voice commands etc. also, said I could stop there anytime and he would be happy to explain anything I did not understand. More

What an amazing experience. My wife and I have been shopping for a new sonata for about 3 months. Every dealership we went to felt like we being taken advantage of because of our bad credit. Napleton was our last try, should have been our first! We met Boris in the show room and he was very kind. Took our information down and went to see the director of finance, Derek. He then walked us in the office, he explained what they were able to do. I must say I thought he was lying because it seemed to good to be true! What an awesome place, hard workers and very friendly. We got the original deal we came in for and couldn't be happier! More

I am very familiar with this dealership. I visited this dealership when it was Gartner Buick Saab. Jordan has become a friend and not just a business acquaintance. He has earned my trust and confidence by his professionalism and sales ethics. He never forgets the sale. His post sale follow up is remarkable. The Napleton Management has definitely added professionalism to the car buying experience. The GM Jim made it a point to personally thank my wife and I for the new car purchase and made sure we were happy with the deal. The courtesy and professionalism continued into the finance office with Mark. He made a great presentation of all the financing options available to us and actually convinced us to reconsider on a couple of our decisions. After going over the presentation on a couple topics it made sense for us to take advantage of the protection. On the way home my wife commented to me that it was the best car purchase experience she had ever been part of. We are both in our mid 60's and have purchased over 30 cars. That is quite a compliment!! "GREAT GUYS" I don't believe anyone leaves a dealership fully confident they have negotiated the best price.It is nice to feel you have been treated professionally. More

I dealt with Jordan to consider buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, Jordan was so honest, no games or gimmicks. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I was looking for, Jordan Kabranov was my initial contact, he understood my requests and addressed them without trying to sell me something I didn't want. looking for, Jordan Kabranov was my initial contact, he understood my requests and addressed them without trying to sell me something I didn't want. My request was for a specific color for both the exterior and interior and a particular feature. I had received quotes from 4 dealerships, Napleton and one other dealer were very aggressive with the initial pricing however Napleton was the only dealership with multiple versions of what I was looking for on their lot. At the dealership Jordan was very to the point having the cars ready for a test drive so we could evaluate them. James Douvas, the GM engaged us and invited us to his office. Within minutes Jim had made us an offer we couldn't pass up. Our paperwork was completed with Rafael Medina who was easy to work with. Even though it was a busy last Saturday of the month we never felt rushed. Jim Christopherson ran us through how to setup and use all of the features on our new Sonata 2.0T while Jordan attended to other customers. Jim was very knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we knew how to use the features of the car. Jordan finished up our learning session before we were on our way. I highly recommend Napleton Valley Hyundai based on the aggressive pricing, knowledgeable sales and management team! More

We shopped for about a month at 7 dealerships in the St. Louis area, where we live. Most seemed to be playing a "cat and mouse" game with us. I also have no interest in hearing about the 10,000 rebates be Louis area, where we live. Most seemed to be playing a "cat and mouse" game with us. I also have no interest in hearing about the 10,000 rebates being offered, when they won't tell me the final price (isn't that the only thing that matters). When I called Napleton's Valley Hyundai and spoke with Jordan Kabranov, he immediately gave me an exact price quote, and put it in writing through email. As I negotiated further with the St. Louis people, Jordan continued to give me further price quotes, and was very direct and up front. I made the 300 mile trip to Chicago for only $400 in savings, primarily because I did not want my money to go to the people in St. Louis who I had found to be less than honest. When I arrived, Jordan was ready with the paperwork, very accommodating to my father and I (and treated us as a house guest might be treated), and very thorough in terms of making sure the car was in good condition, and properly prepared. The gentleman who handled the financial portion of the transaction (Mark), also went out of his way to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed, and even after we concluded the deal, made sure to come out to the car and tell me to drive it a certain way for a proper "break-in" period. I would highly recommended Jordan, and this dealership in general. More
