I had done my homework and knew exactly what I was looking for, Jordan Kabranov was my initial contact, he understood my requests and addressed them without trying to sell me something I didn't want. looking for, Jordan Kabranov was my initial contact, he understood my requests and addressed them without trying to sell me something I didn't want. My request was for a specific color for both the exterior and interior and a particular feature. I had received quotes from 4 dealerships, Napleton and one other dealer were very aggressive with the initial pricing however Napleton was the only dealership with multiple versions of what I was looking for on their lot. At the dealership Jordan was very to the point having the cars ready for a test drive so we could evaluate them. James Douvas, the GM engaged us and invited us to his office. Within minutes Jim had made us an offer we couldn't pass up. Our paperwork was completed with Rafael Medina who was easy to work with. Even though it was a busy last Saturday of the month we never felt rushed. Jim Christopherson ran us through how to setup and use all of the features on our new Sonata 2.0T while Jordan attended to other customers. Jim was very knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we knew how to use the features of the car. Jordan finished up our learning session before we were on our way. I highly recommend Napleton Valley Hyundai based on the aggressive pricing, knowledgeable sales and management team! More

We shopped for about a month at 7 dealerships in the St. Louis area, where we live. Most seemed to be playing a "cat and mouse" game with us. I also have no interest in hearing about the 10,000 rebates being offered, when they won't tell me the final price (isn't that the only thing that matters). When I called Napleton's Valley Hyundai and spoke with Jordan Kabranov, he immediately gave me an exact price quote, and put it in writing through email. As I negotiated further with the St. Louis people, Jordan continued to give me further price quotes, and was very direct and up front. I made the 300 mile trip to Chicago for only $400 in savings, primarily because I did not want my money to go to the people in St. Louis who I had found to be less than honest. When I arrived, Jordan was ready with the paperwork, very accommodating to my father and I (and treated us as a house guest might be treated), and very thorough in terms of making sure the car was in good condition, and properly prepared. The gentleman who handled the financial portion of the transaction (Mark), also went out of his way to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed, and even after we concluded the deal, made sure to come out to the car and tell me to drive it a certain way for a proper "break-in" period. I would highly recommended Jordan, and this dealership in general. More

We started our journey @ Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg IL. My wife called Patrick & told them exactly what we were looking for. Emails were exchanged, quotes were offered. My wife said that we were looking to purchase a " New " no miles Azera, preferably in black. She was quoted a price which was fair & told to come in & see " Nick " . We went on a evening purchase a car, to pay in full even. My wife & I are fortunate enough to both work & have no debt. We were greeted by Nick. Then the merry go round started. Couldn't find the black car. Then found it but its a demo. Not only is it a demo but has remote start so more money. From being in sales I truly enjoy the sales process & want to be sold, given reasons to buy etc. Then Nick comes back & says that the internet person my wife was dealing with made mistakes in the quote & offered us incentives that we were not eligible for. So in other words the quote we received in writing was completely worthless. My wife not being in the sales industry starts telling me that this is the old " Bait & Switch " & starts to get upset & we ended up walking out. On leaving I told " Nick " to call me with a price for that car. All salespeople want to be sold & was still willing to buy it from them. He never called. Napleton should commended by their true professionalism. They made this experience enjoyable. More

I had an excellent experience at Gartner Hyundai! I researched my purchase a few days before heading into the dealership last week, so I had a general idea of reasonable price ranges for the type of ca researched my purchase a few days before heading into the dealership last week, so I had a general idea of reasonable price ranges for the type of car I was seeking, but I received an even better deal on my 2013 Sonata thanks to my sales representative (Scott S.), who literally bent over backwards to help me, and their financial salespersons (like Scott L.). Scott S. was not only polite and welcoming to my parents and me, but he didn't beat around the bush during our time together. We asked him about financing and with his extensive experience in that field prior to his work in sales, he was able to provide me with an answer early in our meeting. He was efficient, respected me as a person and customer and didn't waste my time or get my hopes up, which I really appreciated. I spent about three hours at the dealership from the time I arrived until the time I drove off, and that included test-driving two cars, walking around to look at several different models and having inquiries answered by a variety of persons at the dealership. That's been the shortest of my three car-buying experiences. More

I just bought my first brand new car at Gartner Hyundai, the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. At this point, I feel like Bluetooth is a safety feature and the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. At this point, I feel like Bluetooth is a safety feature and it has been so great to drive hands free. Everything is easy to use and I love the look inside and out. Jordan was a wonderful salesman and all of the staff at Gartner was extremely helpful and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Gartner to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thanks for helping me get across the country safely to chase my dreams! More
