Service department very busy and polite. I was told 1hr 45 minutes but it was actually 2hr30 minutes for an oil and tire change. Amanda and the entire team were wonderful. I showed up on the wrong day, gave them the wrong key, didn’t have my insurance card and Amanda treated me with courtesy and respect, resolving all the issues. I've never had a Subaru before but I appreciate how things are so thoughtfully arranged with careful simplicity. Personally I don't think there is any actual problem with the so-called ignition things are so thoughtfully arranged with careful simplicity. Personally I don't think there is any actual problem with the so-called ignition key that won't come out. The engineers have probably permitted an occasional minor inconvenience for the sake of safety. More
