John did a terrific job of explaining my options to me and helped me find the perfect fit for my WANTS and needs. He then introduced me to Jill Schellhase who walked me through the paperwork and made it seem so easy. John finished out the experience by transferring my belongings from my old car to my new one, he even hooked up my granddaughter’s car seat! I knew there were great reasons I returned to Suntrup.
