Finance Mgr thought I was dumb and was pushy. Offered me 7.9 % finance rate when Chevy had a 3.9% rate. He was pushy and did not like that my sister and I saw through him. Continued to call regarding isurance although I had let them know my insurance agent was taking care of everything. You should not have to be heckled continuously. Not only did they call me Saturday and Sunday they called my insurance agent on Monday as if they didn't believe I had called. This totally was the worst experience I evwr had purchasing a new vehicle, and this was jot the first new car I purchased. Mannerism and hospitality goes along way amd should be part of the training yet money is the root pf all evil and it was evident money is what the Finance manager was pushing.. not saving the customer but profiting the dealership. More
