When we were looking at Honda HR-Vs, we emailed Valley and another dealership in St. Charles on a Tuesday. Jonathan Mueller responded within 10 minutes! The other salesman responded within 48 hours. Even though the other guy offered us a lower price, there was no way we were going to go with someone who is so slow to respond. Our process with Valley was smooth. We knew we wanted a Red HR-V and we got the 2026 model, it was not in stock but was on the way. We left a deposit to hold it and did all the preliminary paperwork. We picked it up last night! We had purchased our last 2 Honda's at the other dealership up north but we now have a new preferred dealership! Jonathan is very pleasant conversational guy with no pressure sales. Our Finance guy, Luis, was also very pleasant to talk to. Thanks, Jonathan and Luis!! More
