My name is Jonathan but everyone calls me Jon! I grew up in Elizabeth, NJ and now reside in Edison, NJ. I've been in the car business sing Sept. of 2018 and prior I was in retail stores such as Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. When I'm not selling cars, I'm working on my project car which is a 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sahara or collecting things of interest. I have three precious pitbulls Lucy, Zues and Nani and an Australian Shepard named Stitch who I also spend a lot of time with and spend as much time as possible with family! I love selling cars and making people feel comfortable when shopping for a car and when the visit our dealership!

This has not been the smoothest car buying experience. I've had to sign the lease papers twice, there was damage to the car that needed to be repaired (tear in leather and paint chip) and bring the car I've had to sign the lease papers twice, there was damage to the car that needed to be repaired (tear in leather and paint chip) and bring the car back, and now there was confusion around buying out the lease and will need to sign the paper work a second time. Lots of back and forth on logistics for all of this stuff including confusion on pricing that took way too many communications to get a clear price. Pricing should be very clear and I shouldn't have to push to get things in writing versus it just being said out loud. More

Tires were to be rotated but on return the same tire on the same location was still having a leak so tires were not rotated but had been stated they were. Had the tire checked when the car was in for a rec the same location was still having a leak so tires were not rotated but had been stated they were. Had the tire checked when the car was in for a recall and changed 55.00 dollars to repair. More

When I leased my car four years ago through Jonathan Martinez it was an amazing experience! Comment for Cory Taylor- When I was buying out my Jeep, Cory was unprofessional and made a happy occasion a very negative experience which made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe Cory was upset because he was not making any commission for my loan as the interest rate that he offered was outrageous. He also got annoyed when I would ask any questions and when I found a mistake in the paperwork, which he had to do. If I had a choice I would've walked out and not purchased the car. I will not be buying another car through this Dealer ever again. More
