Another: “We are proud to be upfront and honest with our customers and ALWAYS give them a great price”- not upfront. Upfront would be to let your customers know when your vehicles are missing items that come standard. I’m don’t know how others are happy with this dealer, I am not and would never tell anyone to go here. I will tell others Not to. In fact check online- there are plenty of other Kia dealerships you can go within a small drive. Do yourself a favor and take the drive. I wish I had. Calling to help me be satisfied and a sales manager uses classic gaslighting tactics to make it sound like it’s not their fault- “I’m sorry you feel that way” - wrong. Mark Kia failed me. More

This was by far, the most seamless and easiest car buying experience I've had. I knew what car I wanted, and I knew I wanted to do a lease. I also knew where I wanted my payments to be and what my trade was experience I've had. I knew what car I wanted, and I knew I wanted to do a lease. I also knew where I wanted my payments to be and what my trade was worth. I inquired online and Jonathan Gutierrez reached out. We communicated via text about the details, I submitted a credit app and within 30 minutes he had a deal put together in writing which was exactly what I wanted. My husband and I drover over to the dealership, test drove the car and completed the deal. I am beyond thrilled with my new car and the outstanding service I received. While the finance department was preparing my paperwork, my new car was being all detailed (even though it looked perfect to begin with, lol). By the time the paperwork was completed, my car was ready, and Jonathan showed me all the technical stuff about my 2023 Stinger and how to operate everything. He made sure I had his work number and personal cell in case I didn't know how to use something or had any questions about the car. Juan Rodriquez in finance was also great to work with. He explained everything carefully and was very quick to get my paperwork completed. I think from arrival to departing in my new car, I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours, which included testing driving the car, learning about all the features, accepting their offer, and completing the financing paperwork. Another thing I liked is that this dealership did not add on a ton of extras, most of which I wouldn't want. I've looked at this car at other dealers and they add so much extra stuff that it jacks up the price quite a bit. The things they added were things of value such as the Low Jack system and tinted windows and still kept the price reasonable. It was a very pleasurable experience!! More

I bought my very first car in 2020 from Mark Kia i had wonderful experience and now I went to change the tire of my car and deciede to ask how i can trade my car(ask just to get some info) but Mr Jonathan wonderful experience and now I went to change the tire of my car and deciede to ask how i can trade my car(ask just to get some info) but Mr Jonathan from sale department not only gave me all the information but help me right there and then he worked really hard to help not only find my favorite car but work to fit in my budget too and he explain and answere my questions very patiently.While I was waiting for car Kia Rio (first one) to change the tire Mr Jonathan help me get my second new car Kia Soul. As I came to change the tire and start trade in which took few hours my family start calling to know every thing ok but finally I trade in and went home with my new car Kia Soul 2022. So by telling this story I want to tell that staff at Mark kia are so so helpful you need help, any info they are there to help you,walk you through any process.
