A big shout out to Jonathon Gutierrez! I attempted several times to reach someone in Finance, we didn't remember receiving our paperwork when we purchased our Telluride and we needed a copy of it. Unf several times to reach someone in Finance, we didn't remember receiving our paperwork when we purchased our Telluride and we needed a copy of it. Unfortunately it was difficult to reach Finance even after trying several times and leaving messages. I tried using Chat on the website and that didn't work either, they thought I wanted to buy a new car. Jonathon reached out to me the next day by text and took the time to find out what I needed. He told me that our paperwork was on the USB key chain given to us in the box with our car key chain. I thought it was another key chain! Omg it was amazing! Went to a dealership before and it was low energy and vibe was not good. It almost felt like that dude had no interest in truly helping me at all. As for the gentleman who sold me my car well it was awesome made me feel very good and confident about my big decision and literally let me test drive everything I wanted!
