I purchased your product for the first time, and I am so immersed in the robustness, design, and every aspect of the vehicle that I feel very satisfied and proud of, so I praise myself for my choice. However, I contacted your company to solve the problem caused by the dealer's mistake after purchasing the vehicle and the problem of account setting and vehicle registration. also, the defense GPS does not provide any service. I purchased the vehicle from Hyundai EARNHARDT north Scottsdale, AZ dealer on December 14th by finance, and the first payment date is January 14th. The first payment day was almost due, so I contacted Hyundai Financial to inquire about it, but my account information did not exist at Hyundai Financial, due to the dealer's mistake in submitting my account information. According to the Hyundai Financials guideline, I contacted the dealer two weeks ago and multiple times, but no one helped solve it. the problem and made me inquire and beg for help. treated me like a HOMELESS. In addition, due to the dealer's mistake did not come to the license plate for more than a month, I contacted the dealer's finance staff and director but only responded conventionally, recognizing the delay in submitting my account information and vehicle registration. I am deeply concerned that vehicle purchases that lead to a dealer's mistake cause a bad credit, Consumer! if you experience a vehicle purchase that leads to a dealer's mistake causing a bad credit, would this dealer consider buying a vehicle? Just left the dealership after taking delivery of my new GV80. Absolutely love the vehicle. Great lines and extremely well equipped. Even can suggest a position for the driver's seat based on my statistics. We came into the dealership not thinking we would buy, but Jonathan was so patient and knowledgeable. He knows the cars inside and out. I had a very specific color combination that I wanted and given the supply chain difficulties we are facing, I doubted I would find it. Jonathan again was patient reviewing existing and incoming inventory and luck would have it exactly what I wanted was available. Today Jonathan spent all of the time I needed to show me all of the features of the vehicle. He sincerely asked me to come back anytime or call with any questions. I also have to give kudos to Ian in Finance. I had purchased a used car from this dealership 6 years ago, and Ian was a pleasure to deal with back then. He has only gotten better. Such a better experience than my last new car purchase from one of the dealers up on Scottsdale and Princess. All in all this is a great dealership with great personnel and I got myself a great SUV. More

Just purchased my first 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from this dealership and I can’t say enough kind words about my experience. I started with one of the internet managers and basically told him the car we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. I told him I didn't want all the typical dealer add-ons. I got the price (with taxes/fees) on the phone. And then I mentioned an older car we might be willing to trade in. I was very pleased at the trade-in price, which was negotiated separately from the price I had already been given for the new car. We dealt with two excellent internet managers, one of whom was Jonathan Gorton, the internet director and the finance manager, Marcus. Extremely pleased every step of the way and I am very hard to please. More

Jonathan and I talk every time I'm getting my vehicle and my wife's vehicle serviced and I asked him to take a look at the Palisade since I hadn't seen one in person. Jonathan, Tony, and Ian were able to work out a deal where I got a lower interest rate and kept my payment the same while getting into an amazing vehicle I never thought I could afford. Thanks again, guys! I always refer everyone I know to the Hyundai Brand and this dealership in particular. It is also important to note that the service team is the best in the industry. This is my 19th vehicle so I have had cars serviced at many different places. One of the many reasons I stick with Hyundai is for this service team.
