Generally good service and communication. I think the diagnostic price is way too high. This time there was a suggestion that we needed new rear brakes and I asked for pictures and then Jere I think the diagnostic price is way too high. This time there was a suggestion that we needed new rear brakes and I asked for pictures and then Jeremy came back and said they were okay but never showed me pictures. That was confusing and made it seem like they were trying to get me to replace brakes that didn’t need to be replaced. More

Service was OK . Just wish the service agent would take the time to make sure the task asked for is completed.
