I’ve been working with Jonothan since I bought my first BMW 5 years ago! We then bought my wife, Her M series X3 in 2022 And I told him that I’d be getting back to him soon to buy one of my dream car an M BMW 5 years ago! We then bought my wife, Her M series X3 in 2022 And I told him that I’d be getting back to him soon to buy one of my dream car an M4. I reached out to him two weeks ago. He said he had a new inventory of two cars coming in and I said great. I quickly loved the options He gave me we set a day and time to test drive it and I was sold on what I saw, I took The car home This past Saturday. I really appreciate Jonathan and the Sarasota team for having everything ready for me. It literally took me 30 minutes to walk in and out with that car since they had already had all my information filled out online before I even came in to pick up the car. I love being part of the Bmw family and this Sarasota team Always makes me feel welcomed. Thank you guys. ! More

The purchase and negotiation process was the most relaxing experience in car purchasing that I have ever had. Tammy was professional and did a great job informing us of option coverages. She was very efficient with the contractual documents. Love the fact that it is all electronic. Overall, I was very impressed with Jonathan, Tammy and the entire BMW of Sarasota expereince. Cash purchase deal was negotiated in advance. Made appointment to pick up car, but sales advisor was busy for 30-45 minutes before he could help me. Same experience with finance person - 30-45 Made appointment to pick up car, but sales advisor was busy for 30-45 minutes before he could help me. Same experience with finance person - 30-45 minute wait to finalize paperwork. It was a busy day (Saturday), but my expectation was that with an appointment at a very specific time, the wait times could be minimized. Very pleasant staff throughout the dealership during my wait, but customer expectations and communications could be improved. More
