When I bought my second ever Volkswagen a Jetta tdi I was new to the diesel emissions that was on the vehicle my dpf light came on and panicked I went to Luther Brookdale Volkswagen there I met Brad at the s new to the diesel emissions that was on the vehicle my dpf light came on and panicked I went to Luther Brookdale Volkswagen there I met Brad at the service desk he asked for my vin and told me I was still covered under the vw warranty for my dpf. I scheduled an appointment for service. Jon was my advisor for both service visits under warranty. Sean was amazing and kept me posted as well as my advisor. The last the car was in for service it had 112.5k miles in October 2023 it currently has 145.6k miles in September of 2024. I did apply for a job with them but me being new to the area at Christmas I ended up going home for a visit and stayed home but I now work at my local vw dealership. The service team and Luther Brookdale Volkswagen is in my opinion better than 80% of other dealers I’ve been to. Friendly and upfront on what’s going on. I do plan a visit back to the dealer once I become a vw tech. If I still lived in Minnesota and not New York I would 100% recommend the service department for vw More
