My initial experience with the dealership was very poor however, they followed up and apologized if not addressing all my problems. After purchasing a vehicle, I noticed some badging missing and decide however, they followed up and apologized if not addressing all my problems. After purchasing a vehicle, I noticed some badging missing and decided to do some further research. Although, the Carfax the dealer provided indicated the vehicle had not been in any accidents. After more calls and research I find out there had been glass replaced, and the vehicle had been repainted without the badging replaced. So, now I’ve got a “certified pre owned” vehicle with poor bodywork and paint repair and a shady history. This dealership was shady and hard to deal with from the beginning. The ONLY reason I bought from them was because I flew out to buy a hard to find Tundra. The salesman I initially spoke to was not available. The deal was sloppy from the beginning. The manager who followed up on my initial complaint was unconcerned and uninterested in my issues with this dealer. I doubt I will buy another Toyota but especially will only deal with private parties. I feel like I got ripped-off and they don’t care because it’s all about volume sales. Would avoid! More

This dealership does not care for their customers they're willing to give you a bad deal just to sell a truck I do not recommend going here. They sold me a bad truck and I ended up having to go back to get a different truck and they were very difficult with me about it, they paired me with a greenhorn salesman named Alberto. Then the salesman Alberto decides to call me up a week after I buy the truck saying I owe another thousand dollars because they messed up their paperwork. More

Flew from California to purchase a Tundra. Five days later, they told me that my check had a mistake and I needed to wire the money. This ended up being a two day process where they never verified that they received my funds. Then salesman Joshua tells me he forgot to give me all the keys and he will hold them for me to come pick up after I told him I do not live in the area. I mentioned the vehicle came with no floor mats, he tells me it’s a gold certified vehicle and they come with floor mats but doesn’t address the problem. Joshua or JP was to call me up and let me know that payment was received and they failed to follow up on that as well . Joshua, Especially did not seem to care about follow up or customer satisfaction and was very unhelpful. Typical used car salesman. They only cared about the sale, not about the mistakes they made or following up. More

Well this was dissapointing to say the least. I reached out via internet and asked for a callback and not an email. Mentioned my car accident and let them know I wanted information on their new Tacoma's. This was Wednesday when I sent my inquiry. I got an automated response from some "sales manager" named John Paul Cassidy. Now if that wasn't automated and was actually sent by him then they clearly cannot read as I said DO NOT EMAIL ME i would like a call to discuss. I am also pre approved by 2 different banks because Dealerships never get you the best rates...or rarely. Typically they load the rates to get them more cheddar (not saying they do here) Now its friday and has been 48 hours since I submitted my request for contact and I still have not heard from them...No voicemail or missed calls. I reached out to 2 different competitors and both followed directions and called me, and within a few hours. Shame too I am in the market to buy and want to get the ball rolling asap. And with all these "great" ratings I wonder how many are legitimate based on my very small experience with them. Everyone was very kind and willing to help. We definitely did not feel pressured. It was not like the traditional "old school" way of dealing. It was quick and easy. Amazing! Jake and Jon-Paul were amazing to work with. As soon as I got to the dealership, they knew that I was looking and never pressured me into buying like Jake and Jon-Paul were amazing to work with. They truly listen to what the customer is looking for and try their best to make sure the customer is being taken care of.
