Jake assured me that they would have no hidden fees and the deal that was told to me over the phone would be the deal I would receive and he was right. Dealing with one individual through the whole process is the only way to go. They are not paid on comission I was not pressured at all through the process and it took about 45 min for the whole process. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. More

The only thing I felt bad about was that he sat with me answering my questions, preparing and explaining paperwork, and making sure the car was ready right through "normal" lunch hour and none of his colleagues offered to pick up lunch for him. Next time I purchase a car with Jake's assistance I will surely bring along lunch! More
