I didn't have a negative experience but I was not informed that insurance in NY state won't allow same day coverage. Which lead to me not being able to drive my new car home when we had planned on. I informed that insurance in NY state won't allow same day coverage. Which lead to me not being able to drive my new car home when we had planned on. I lived 4 hours away from the dealership and that was extremely frustrating being that I had to find friends that were willing to drive me out to pick up the vehicle. When I first found out it wasn't going to happen was after a week of thinking we had everything planned out. So I then had to find a new ride out. After that it was a smooth buying process but here I am not even 2000 miles after buying and I'm now running into issues with the vehicle. I understand I bought used but what I'm dealing with are things that you would assume would have been taken care of by the dealership before reselling for $30,000. At the end of the day I'm not impressed through out the entire buying experience and genuinely think they took advantage of me. All I'm saying is, be very careful and cautious before buying. More
